Our home inspection services are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Clients must provide accurate information about the property. Payment is due upon completion of the inspection. The report cannot be released until payment is made. Any additional services requested beyond the standard inspection may incur extra charges. We maintain confidentiality regarding all inspection findings.
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
If the inspection is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If we are unable to perform the inspection due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will be processed promptly via the original payment method.

We collect only necessary data for the inspection process. Information provided during the inspection is confidential and used solely for the purpose of assessment. We do not share client information with third parties unless required by law.
As a home inspection service, we do not have a shipping policy. This section is not applicable to our business.
Returns do not apply to our services, as they are performed on-site and do not involve physical products.
